Gather Customer Requirements
Design Solution as per requirements
Site Surveys and BOQ preparation
Design and development of layout(S)
Installation & configuration as per layout
Maintain JCC and other project related documents
Handle Customer complaints
Provide demos to customers when required
Visit customer sites and resolve queries as per SLA.
Assist manager by performing tasks as and when Required
Specification
Installation, Maintenance and Upgrading of Equipment.
Ability to work in team and independently.
Self-initiator.
Ability to work in tough situation.
Strong work ethics and Values
Degree Requirement:
