Experience /Knowledge: 

— Set up and maintain Microsoft Windows servers and desktops including Active Directory 2003/2008R2.

— Troubleshoot and resolve client network and computer system issues.

— Manage, support and maintain HP/DELL/IBM/FUJITSU server hardware maintenance.

— Ability to work with multiple vendors to support customer’s infrastructure and Perform regularly scheduled hardware and software maintenance.

— On-call as necessary for functional or hierarchical escalation.

— Establish, maintain, and increase client satisfaction through professional, courteous, and caring service.

Qualification Required: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Science/B-Com/BBA
