Help desk Support Executive
Hiring ‘Helpdesk Support Executive’ for a GDS distribution company. Candidates with prior experience of using GDS software like Galileo, Worldspan and willing to work in night shift are encouraged to apply.
Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
Maintain Daily Call Log.
Update the capping as per the GDS share.
· Should have good communication skills
