POSITION VACANT A private Limited Company engaged in gravure printing and packaging manufacturing industry having SAP Business One ERP, head office situated at SITE (Between HBL SITE and Siemens Chorangi) in Karachi urgently required the following personnel. Female candidate will be encouraged Accounts Assistant Qualifications: B.com./BBA Skills: Excellent hands on knowhow of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) to generate various reports, comparison spread sheet and working. Knowhow and experience on SAP Business One will be added advantage Experience: 1-2 years experience in Accounts Department having hands on knowledge and expertise of following: ? Preparation of monthly sales tax return and filing ? Preparation of monthly income tax returns and filing ? Preparation of payments, vouchers, data punching and recording of daily routine work ? Valuation and costing of imported goods. ? Sales and Purchase records, invoice preparation and recording thereon. ? Inventory Reconciliation and allocation ? Follow up with customers for payment collections, party ledger reconciliation Office Assistant Qualification: B.com/BBA Skills: Hands on experience in MS OFFICE (Excel) is must and computer literacy. Hands on experience and expertise in SAP Business One Experience: 1-2 years extensive experience in relevant field: Goods Receipt Note, Delivery Challan, Despatches coordination and data punching in SAP Inventory Recording and valuation Reconciliation with virtual warehouses physical count with database Coordinating with concern warehouses for ensuring issuance/transfer of goods for production Proper issuance, daily/weekly/monthly reporting Correct allocation to charge to products/projects/PNL Random audit of the warehouses/inventory IT/Hardware Assistant Qualification: BCS/ BS / Diploma in Computer Science Experience: 1-3 years experience in relevant field
