require an Experienced Accounts Officer for a small logistic company located in Karachi at hawksbay truck stand . He should have good knowledge of Accounting Concepts and principles and must have good grip on Microsoft Excel other basic accounting software and good command on English language/writing letters. Job Responsibilities will include: 1) Recording and keeping track of all daily transactions into the system; 2) Maintaining Customer & Supplier Ledgers for Receivable and Payables; 3) Dealing with Banks and making Bank Reconciliation's; 4)check Invoices and Payments in the System; 5) Assisting in day to day Office activities; 6) Making Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reports 7) Helping in daily accounts activities like Sales Tax, Income Tax cases. 8) Email correspondence 9) Visiting outside office for Accounts related work
