(Night shift only)
This job requires outbound calls (International Calling B2B) for Collections department.
Main responsibility will be to make International B2B outbound calls to insurance companies for discussing, negotiating and resolving medical claims on behalf of Medical Service Providers (Hospitals, Doctors, and Clinics).
Each Negotiations officer will be assigned a portfolio of medical bills/claims.
On behalf of Medical Service providers, the portfolio of medical bills/claims is to be negotiated and collected from the insurance companies using B2B outbound calls, Emails, Faxes and other tools if needed.
Maintaining and updating each file in the assigned portfolio with the latest events/actions pertaining to the case.

Willing to work in Night shifts
Prior work experience in Customer services/ BPO is preferable.
