Regional Sales Manager
Manage Regional Field Sales operation in order to achieve annual sales volume and distribution objectives within agreed selling cost budgets.
Implement sales structure, planning and control systems within region.
Participate in the selection, recruitment and training of sales personnel.
Monitors, leads and motivates regional sales team, & implements remedial plans where appropriate.
Ensure good communication of the company’s business development and sales promotion activities and of all competitor activity.
Selection of regional sales staff.
Will report to National Sales Manager and is responsible for managing a regional sales team. 3-5 years experience in sales with at least two years experience in Sales Management.
