Required Quality Control Lab Manager

Required Quality Control Lab Manager for a manufacturing industry client based in Karachi.

Requirements:
5 to 6 experience
Technical diploma
Coordinate the quality lab activities and resources
Guarantee daily the standard of production quality through the use of measuring instruments and product monitoring
In cases of product quality problems, collaborate in analysing potential causes and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventative actions, including interfacing with clients and suppliers
Guarantee the editing, management and archiving of all aspects of control documents (e.g. technical documents, specifications, reports and analyses of data relating to non-compliance)
Guarantee the calibration and maintenance of lab tools and instruments
Prepare, oversee and support client audits. Execute internal product quality audits
Use instruments of support (e.g. photos, training proposals) to ensure adequate internal knowledge of quality standards
Participate in product implementation and modification activities, verifying their congruence with both company directives and client specifications
Capable of operating methodically, with precision and with continued adherence to criteria of order and accuracy
Capable of analysis and synthesis
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills/diplomacy in managing customer relationships. Integrity
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Computer skills: Windows applications (particularly Excel), knowledge of project management software, knowledge of data management software (preferably SAP)
Knowledge of the production process and the critical variables that cause quality problems
Familiar with the correct use of measuring instruments, metrological techniques and methods of statistical quality control.
Detailed knowledge of quality standards and client tolerance levels
