Required Telesales Executive
The Telesales Executive will be involved in interacting with customers predominantly in UK through phone or email to solicit orders for services, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up.
Experience of generating sales Through cold calling
Ability to persuade and convince others in an effective manner (proficient in cold calling)Exceptional verbal English communications skills
Active Listening Skills
Communicate effectively within the Sales and Production Teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customers objectives are met.
Obtains customer’s correct personal information information by answering telephone calls; interviewing customers & verifying information as per the data protection guidelines.
Sell the product around the given sales script to better target the needs and interests of the customer.
Explain the services with its features and prices in a clear and concise manner.
Also answer all the customer’s queries/objections to ensure customer’s clear understanding and consent regarding the product or service offered.
