1. Visit printers, to achieve quarterly sales targets.
2. Ensure timely recoveries of sales by working on recoveries directly through phone calls and visits.
3. Find new printers, and persuade them to use SGC material.
4. Contact old customers who have stopped buying from us, build strong relations with them so that they can get persuaded to be customers again.
5. Keep an eye on competitor activities and inform the senior about it.
6. Prepare weekly visit, sales and market intelligence report and submit to senior.
7. Behave in a courteous manner with the clients and maintain good working relationships.
8. At the spot resolve the complaints of clients or inform senior about the complaints beyond his scope.
9. Accompany new hires as trainee for job orientation and on the job coaching respectively.
10. Maintain discipline among various members of team.
11. Recommend and develop improved procedures & systems of work.
