1) Collection of installments through Suzuki Motorcycle Information System of provisional receipts at and out of showroom.
(2) Collection of advance, registration & processing fee against cash & installment sales customers.
(3) Collection against spare parts sales.
(4) Generation of cash / installment / used bike invoices as per SOP.
(5) Deposition of cash / installment cheques in bank with the help of cash carry services as per company policy.
(6) Management of imprest account as per SOP.
(7) Receiving and issuance of motorcycle stock appropriately.
(8) Appropriate maintenance of all books of accounts as per SOP.
